Conrac Solutions - Uma Capital led the acquisition of Conrac Solutions in partnership with Meridiam Infrastructure and Laz Parking. Conrac Solutions is the premier developer, financier, and operator of Consolidated Rental Car Facilities at airports across the United States. The acquisition is part of a commitment to further invest in Conrac Solutions’ ongoing developments. Q2 of 2024 we announced the $299M Project to Enhance Reno-Tahoe International Airport’s Efficiency, Sustainability and Customer Experience.
Tribal Development Partners - Uma Capital is an investor in TDP, which specializes in managing and developing tribal healthcare assets that are eligible under the 105L lease program. Through deep Tribal relationships and a unique understanding of Federal regulations and accounting methods that feed into the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act, our group is able to build social infrastructure with a purpose. Uma will lead project equity investments within the platform.
